Welcome to the Community Health Outreach Consortium (CHOC) of South Jersey Website!!
CHOC is a community based health coalition dedicated to fostering advocacy, best practices, collaboration, development and education for health care providers, community agencies and for the residents of South Jersey.
We are a group of volunteers - both individuals, and groups such as non-profits, government, educational, community based groups, and County Cancer Coalitions in South Jersey covering the seven counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem.
We are just learning to use this website for communication.
We want to share about our work and our commitment to promote health and wellness and ease the burden of diseases such as cancer for South Jersey residents. We want to invite you to join us in this effort! Again Welcome!
